SHERRI B. SIMPSON: I've been handling bankruptcy cases since 1997 and I'm one of the few attorneys that actually litigates in bankruptcy. In today's economy, I think bankruptcy has become a necessity. But what I've seen, having been in the practice for over 15 years, again, are attorneys that are coming in just simply to make money.
